Procedure: How do we do this?

Coaching is a form of counselling. Using a combination of support during problem analysis and personal counselling, we focus on assisting the client to master the demands placed upon him in his professional role.

There are no patent remedies to problems - the whole purpose of coaching is to help the client develop his own solutions. As the development of potential solutions is a composite process involving social, emotional and rational components, it is often both possible and meaningful (but depending on the problem, of course) to undertake group coaching.
